Welcome to Feichi VPN. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share and protect information when you create an account, manage membership time, select secure exits, invite friends or establish a protected connection. Please read it carefully before using the service.

You may contact us for privacy requests, account deletion assistance, complaints or product questions.
2. Information we process
- Account data: email address, encrypted or hashed password, optional invitation code, login status and security notices.
- Membership and referral data: membership status, expiry time, claim records, invitation code, invitation relationship and benefit sync status.
- Connection data: selected exit, connection status, start/end time, failure reason and minimum diagnostics needed for security and stability.
- Device and logs: app version, operating system version, device model, language, time zone, random app instance identifier, crash and error logs.
3. What we do not sell or intentionally record
We do not sell personal information. We do not intentionally record or sell browsing content, message content, account passwords, full DNS query content or the payload carried through the protected connection.
4. Permissions
Network and secure-connection permissions are used only to configure and start the protected connection after your action. You can remove the configuration in iOS Settings. Denying the permission prevents connection features but does not block reading legal documents or managing your account.
5. Legal bases
We process information based on your consent, performance of the service agreement, legal obligations, security protection and other bases allowed by applicable law. We follow purpose limitation, data minimisation, transparency and security principles.
6. Service providers and international transfer
We may use cloud hosting, email delivery, security, diagnostics and node infrastructure providers. Providers may be located outside your country or region. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, access control, encryption and vendor review.
7. Retention
Account and membership data is kept until account deletion is completed. Claim and invitation records are kept for settlement and dispute handling. Connection and security logs are kept only as long as reasonably necessary, normally no longer than 180 days unless law or security incidents require longer retention.
8. Security
We use access control, least privilege, transport encryption, encrypted or irreversible password handling, audit logs, backup and incident-response measures. No internet service can be absolutely secure. If a breach occurs, we will take remedial action and notify affected users or authorities as required by law.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, copy, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, consent withdrawal and explanation of processing. You may log out or request account deletion in Account Security. We may verify your identity before responding.
10. Children
The service is not directed to children under 13 or users below the digital-consent age in their location. If a guardian believes a child provided information without valid consent, please contact us.
11. Updates
We may update this policy due to product, legal or security changes. Material changes will be shown clearly in the app and, where required, we will ask for consent again.
